Edda Bianco PGI Salento 2018

Cantine San Marzano “Edda Bianco” is composed of a blend of 80% Chardonnay, 15% Moscatello Selvatico and 5% Fiano.

The vineyards of origin of the grapes are located in the San Marzano area, in the Apulian Salento, at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level. Here the climate has a good temperature range between day and night and the soils are shallow, with medium to fine texture.The alcoholic fermentation takes place inside French oak barrels, as well as the refinement of 4 months in the presence of its own yeasts.
