Gaia and I have been traveling around Asia since 2011. A fascinating, potentially huge market, full of new possibilities. A consumer, the Asian one, who had the first "ingredient" to approach Italian cuisine: curiosity.

It allows you to make the true Italian tradition known, it does not oblige you to comply with complex and hardly intelligible "customs rules".
