Leccino pitted black olives 400g

Leccino Black Olives are among the most cultivated olives in Italy, given their delicate flavor. It is assumed that their origin is Tuscany, and there is reference to them since the Middle Ages, but now it is commonly cultivated in much of Italy. This variety of olive does not have extremely long ripening times given its medium-small size, and their harvest, according to traditional methodology, keeps the taste and its organoleptic characteristics unchanged. Particularly suitable for marinades, thanks to their delicacy of flavor and their small size, they can easily be used to season both first and second courses, or to create an excellent bruschetta with pate.
